Programs

 

3-month Program

30-minute initial phone consultation within 48 hours of HR advice. This program then runs for 3 months with access to an online career platform, 4 dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions and ongoing advice and support via email, Zoom and phone.

 

6-month Program

30-minute initial phone consultation within 48 hours of HR advice. This program then runs for 6 months with access to an online career platform, 7 dedicated 1:1 coaching sessions and ongoing advice and support via email, Zoom and phone.

 

Helping you support your employees

The Career Transition & Job Search Program will help employees to:

  • Identify careers and industries that best suit their skills, experience, goals and values through a professional career assessment.

  • Understand their employment options through career counselling.

  • Stand out in their job application by developing your professional resumes and cover letters tailored for a specific role leveraging specific experiences and keywords.

  • Gain confidence and leave a good impression on their future employer through interview coaching and training.

  • Secure a role with support and guidance every step of the way.

  • Networking tips and job search assistance.

  • Social media and job board tips.
