Founder and Director

Nicole founded Insearch Talent Solutions in 2011 and is still hands-on in managing the day-to-day business and predominantly dealing with her long-term clients and extensive candidate list. 

Nicole has over 30 years of experience in recruiting across a broad range of industries for positions such as Team Leaders, Remuneration Analysts, Customer Experience Managers, Design, Digital, HR Managers and Contact Centre Managers.

Cathy has over 25 years of experience as a leader and manager in a range of industries and functions. Key to her success has been the ability to recruit and develop team members who can deliver on the organisational strategy.
