Permanent $110k - $120k + Super + Bonus

  • Extensive experience in providing quality client services in operations management
  • Experience in managing Contact Centres with over 300 seats
  • Winner Auscontact Association Outsourced Centre of the year
  • Strong Workforce Management experience in large contact centres
  • Proven ability to lead people to deliver exceptional service results, that balance business, and customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated capacity to be flexible in providing support to team managers, teams, and customer groups while ensuring existing commitments are still met within deadlines
