In 2011 Nicole launched Insearch Talent Solutions consolidating her experience and knowledge to build her own progressive agency, where she could implement and build an agency based on her style of recruiting. Simon has nearly 20 years human capital experience in both recruitment and remuneration management functions. He has worked in both consulting and corporate environments, and has recruited across the engineering, finance, telco, IT and utility sectors. Simon is passionate about recruitment and the powerful impact that putting the right talent in the right organisation can have both on individual’s lives and business performance. As Talent Sourcing Manager, Simon’s focus is on identifying great talent in the market and introducing them to the varied opportunities Insearch Talent Solutions is working on at any one time.
